John Maceri, CEO of The People Concern spoke at the 29th Annual Empowerment Congress Summit – Reimagining Civic Engagement: Fueling a Movement for a Better Tomorrow, hosted by LA City Councilmember Mark RIdley-Thomas and the Empowerment Congress.

This year’s virtual event featured the State of the 10th Council District Address from Councilman Ridley-Thomas, remarks from special guests, entertainment and five breakout sessions.
