As part of their Health + Justice series, Venice Family Clinic (VFC) hosted a virtual panel to discuss the intersection of health, housing and justice. Moderator Carla Hall from the Los Angeles Times was joined by The People Concern CEO John Maceri, VFC’s Elizabeth Benson Forer, Housing Rights Center’s Chancela Al-Mansour to explore the reasons why our city has a homelessness crisis, why this problem is so hard to fix, and the potential solutions that can move us forward towards providing safe and affordable housing for everyone.
